Do I need to be on every platform?

No and you probably shouldn’t be. We’ll help you identify where your audience is and we’ll focus on the platforms that make sense for your business.

How much do you charge?

Our retainers start at £900 per month with a 90-day notice period. As part of onboarding we include refreshed visuals, reporting and a personalised strategy that's backed by over a decade of experience in social media.

If you're looking for one-off support or something shorter-term, our hourly rate is £75 and we're happy to provide quotes.

What if I don't have a lot of content to work with?

That’s fine. We can create content from scratch or repurpose what you already have. We’ll also advise on where to fill in any gaps, such as getting fresh visuals or refining your brand messaging.

Can you work with our existing content or team?

Yes. Whether you’ve got a designer, content team, or past assets to work with, we can plug in and manage the process, keeping everything aligned and on-brand.

How much input will I need to give?

Whilst results will always be better if you're actively involved, we can make the process as hands-off as you want, but we’ll always need a degree of input, especially at the beginning. Once we’ve aligned on tone, messaging and goals, we can handle the rest and check in at agreed intervals, if preferred.

Can you help us develop our tone of voice?

Yes, if your brand’s voice is unclear or inconsistent, we can help define a tone that fits and carry it through all social content.

Can I cancel if it's not working for me?

Yes. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts, our social media retainers have a 90-day notice period. If you need to pause or stop the service for whatever reason, we make the offboarding process simple, we don't gatekeep anything.
